Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments according to schedules and requirements
- Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and transportation activities
- Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or damaged shipments and coordinate resolutions
Records, Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, shipping documents, and delivery information
- Prepare shipping documentation, tracking reports, and routine logistics summaries
- Analyze routine operational data to identify ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Assist with inventory monitoring and investigate discrepancies between physical and recorded stock

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements
