About the Role
You will manage daily outlet operations, keeping service smooth and hygiene, safety and quality high. You will anticipate guest needs, handle feedback well, and lead, train and motivate your team through scheduling and performance monitoring. You will also drive revenue through upselling, control costs and waste, manage stock, run promotions with the marketing team, report on sales and guest feedback, and work closely with the kitchen, bar and other F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Run daily outlet operations to high hygiene, safety and quality standards
- Deliver outstanding guest service and handle feedback effectively
- Supervise, train and motivate the team, and manage schedules

- Ensure food safety, SOP compliance and regular audits and training
- Work with marketing on promotions and events
- Report on sales, guest feedback and staff performance, and support sustainability goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial F&B role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, cost control and POS systems
- Microsoft Office skills; F&B software knowledge is a plus
- Able to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends and holidays
