- Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and respond to status enquiries for outbound and reverse logistics shipments
- Coordinate daily with the Control Tower, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth loading operations and timely deliveries
Complaints, VOC Management & Issue Resolution
- Manage and process customer complaints and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback relating to logistics and delivery issues
- Investigate and resolve cases involving undelivered, lost, or damaged goods — coordinating with carriers and warehouse as required
- Ensure all complaint cases are handled professionally, promptly, and with clear documentation and resolution communication
- Identify patterns in delivery complaints or logistics failures and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence
Logistics Cost Validation & Carrier Relationship Management
- Clarify and validate logistics costs — ensuring invoiced transport charges are accurate, compliant, and correctly documented
- Maintain positive, productive working relationships with transport service providers, freight carriers, and logistics partners
- Evaluate carrier performance against agreed service levels and escalate underperformance issues to the logistics management team
- Support the negotiation and administration of logistics service agreements in coordination with management and procurement

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification

Experience Requirements
