Position Overview
As Projektleitung Sanierung, you take full ownership of renovation measures in occupied and vacant residential buildings, including control, site supervision and coordination. You manage the interfaces between architecture, building services, plumbing and heating, and electrical planning. You tender, negotiate prices and contracts and commission subcontractors, plan material needs and orders, and secure on-time deliveries to the site. You run ongoing target-versus-actual checks on schedule, cost and quality, lead the execution teams, carry out acceptances and keep complete construction documentation. Site diaries, material lists and approvals run through Google Workspace on mobile devices, without paper on site.

Site & Project Ownership
- Manage, supervise and coordinate renovation work in occupied and vacant housing
- Run ongoing target-versus-actual checks on schedule, cost and quality

Planning & Subcontractors
- Coordinate architecture and building services planning (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Tender, negotiate and commission subcontractors
Materials & Logistics
- Plan material needs and place precise orders

Qualifications
Experience
- Proven, multi-year practice in renovating and modernising residential property
Education
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or further training as a building technician or master craftsman (e.g. finishing, shell construction, plumbing and heating)
Skills
- Negotiation strength, commercial sense and assertiveness with subcontractors
- Solid knowledge of common building materials, a good network and confident site-level dispatch
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Meet) for mobile site management
