Position Overview
As Personalleitung, you run the HR department, including responsibility for payroll. You advise the managing director, division heads and team leaders on all people matters, including legal questions, and make sure every HR process works along the whole employee lifecycle. You also maintain and develop the pay structure.

HR Leadership
- Lead the HR department, including responsibility for payroll
- Make sure all HR processes run along the full employee lifecycle

- Advise the managing director, division heads and team leaders on all people matters
- Check all related legal questions

- Maintain and develop the pay structure
Qualifications
Education
- Qualification as Personalfachkaufmann/-frau or comparable, such as a relevant degree
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years in HR, including HR management systems and payroll, ideally with DATEV Lodas and Veda
- Solid knowledge of employment, wage tax and social insurance law
- Experience leading all HR processes
Other
- An extended police clearance certificate is required on hiring
