Position Overview
As Creative Technologist, you advise agencies and marketing organisations on their transformation: ways of working, processes, roles, system landscape and sensible use of AI. You run workshops with management, marketing, IT and procurement and turn different interests into one clear decision. You find your way quickly around a client’s environment, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and AWS or GCP, and show where processes can be simplified, connected or automated. You build quick prototypes with AI tools, help clients decide what to build, buy or skip, and turn recurring client problems into service packages and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting
- Advise agencies and marketing organisations on ways of working, processes, roles, system landscape and the sensible use of AI
- Help clients decide what to build themselves, what to buy and what to leave
Workshops & Environments
- Run workshops with management, marketing, IT and procurement and lead them to a clear decision
- Get to grips quickly with client environments such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS or GCP and show where to simplify, connect or automate
Prototypes & Offers
- Build fast prototypes and workflows with AI tools
- Turn recurring client problems into service packages and own solutions with the team
Qualifications
Experience
- Several years in consulting, an agency or a role between business and IT
- Solid generalist knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS and GCP, and a sense for how systems, data and processes fit together
Skills & Mindset
- Intensive hands-on use of AI tools, trying things until they work
- Understanding of how organisations work, and willingness to say no to executives
- Independent working style and comfort with uncertainty
Language & Nice to Have
- German primary, English secondary
- Coding skills and marketing or agency experience help but are not required
- You live in or near Stuttgart
