About the Role
You will lead, train and develop the reception team, make sure every guest gets a warm and personalised welcome, and oversee daily reservations, table allocations and guest flow. You will handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion, keep accurate guest records, resolve feedback and concerns, and keep the reception area presented to a high standard. You will work closely with restaurant management and the front-of-house team, and support recruitment and onboarding of new reception staff.
