Position Overview
As Advisory Solution Consultant, you advise clients on ITSM, ESM and modern service management solutions and build solutions with them on Xurrent and Expertize Connect. You support roll-out projects, configure solutions, work on integrations, APIs and automation, run workshops, present solutions and help out in presales. You are encouraged to bring your own ideas.

Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in ITSM/ESM or IT consulting
- ITIL and typical service management processes are familiar
Skills & Interests
- Knowing ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Workato is a plus, but not needed
- Interest in cloud, APIs, integration and automation
Personal & Language
- Good with people, able to explain things clearly and work independently
- Very good German and good English
- Xurrent and Expertize Connect are taught on the job
