Position Overview
The Production & Quality Coordinator supports the daily operations of a cosmetics manufacturing facility in Sharjah. You will coordinate daily production, filling, packaging, and labelling activities; monitor product quality and make sure GMP standards are followed; work directly with clients, receive and manage orders, and keep production and delivery on the agreed timelines; track raw materials, packaging supplies, and inventory; supervise production workers and maintain quality control records; and report production progress and any quality issues to management.

Production, Filling, Packaging & Labelling
- Coordinate daily production, filling, packaging, and labelling activities so each job moves smoothly from start to finish

Quality Monitoring & GMP Compliance
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Maintain quality control records that are accurate, complete, and easy to review
Client Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate directly with clients, receive and manage orders, and make sure production and delivery follow the agreed timelines
Raw Materials & Inventory
- Monitor raw materials, packaging supplies, and inventory so production is not held up by shortages
Reporting to Management
- Report production progress and any quality issues to management promptly and clearly
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in production, quality control, or factory operations
- Experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing is an advantage
Skills & Conditions
- Good organisational, communication, and client coordination skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple orders at once
- Must be based in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred
