Key Responsibilities and Duties of an HR Executive
Recruitment Management:
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Employee Records and Benefits Administration:
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information
- Manage the issuance of employee cards and visiting cards
Employee Relations and Support:
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues
- Manage employee services, including hotel bookings, collaborating with transport department for visits, official handsets, and employees’ official SIMs
Claims and Fund Management:
- Manage employee expense claims
- Manage employee Provident Fund claims and final settlements
Required Qualifications and Experience for Punjab College Jobs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ Years of Experience in the HR Field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
