This SRDP Agricultural Supervisor role involves participating in comprehensive Sugar Rotational Development Program designed to provide new college graduates with professional agricultural experience in sugar industry. You will gain exposure to variety of learning experiences in sugarcane and rice field operations, work on planting, seeding, cultivation, fertilization and harvesting activities, participate in organic production and Regenerative Organic Certified® farming practices, experience rotation of crops and agricultural best practices, develop practical knowledge and professional skills under experienced management, and prepare for endless career opportunities within Florida Crystals’ global operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sugar Rotational Development Program
- Participate in comprehensive 2-year program leading to endless career opportunities
- Gain exposure to variety of learning experiences in sugarcane and rice field operations
- Develop professional skills and practical knowledge under experienced management
- Rotate through different agricultural departments and production areas
Crop Production & Field Operations
- Work on planting, seeding, cultivation, fertilization and harvesting of sugarcane
- Participate in rice farming operations and crop production activities
- Support field operations across 180,000 acres of agricultural land
- Learn agricultural equipment operation and field management techniques
Organic & Regenerative Agriculture
- Work on organic production and Regenerative Organic Certified® farming practices
- Participate in sustainable agriculture initiatives and environmental stewardship
- Learn regenerative farming techniques and soil health management
- Support ROC™ sugar production – only regeneratively grown and milled sugar in country
Crop Rotation & Management
- Participate in rotation of crops including sugarcane and rice

- Understand integrated farming systems and production optimization
Professional Development & Learning

Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (REQUIRED)
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy
- OR related field in agricultural sciences or crop production
- Have an above average GPA demonstrating academic excellence
Experience Requirements
- Farming experience preferred but not required for program entry
- Background in agricultural production or field operations advantageous
- Hands-on experience with crop production beneficial
- Internships or work experience in agriculture valued
Essential Physical Capabilities
- Be able to physically work in industrial/farming environment (REQUIRED)
- Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina for field operations and agricultural activities
- Ability to work extended hours during critical farming periods
