Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed territory sales targets by identifying new customer opportunities, following up on leads, and growing wallet share within your existing customer base
  • Present product and service recommendations clearly and persuasively to producers, supporting them in making informed purchasing decisions that benefit their operations
  • Support customers with crop insurance knowledge and guide them toward appropriate coverage options that protect their financial investment in each growing season

Precision Agriculture & Drone Spraying Support

  • Assist growers in adopting precision agriculture technologies including GPS-guided application systems, variable rate nutrient management, and data-driven crop management tools
  • Support and promote Cropping Central’s drone spraying service as a modern, efficient, and high-value solution for crop protection and nutrient application across the territory

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma is the minimum required educational qualification for this position
  • Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required — equivalent industry experience is equally considered
  • Ability to obtain and maintain agronomy-related professional certifications as required by the role and Wisconsin state regulations

Licenses & Physical Requirements
