Position Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Associate Recruiter to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates for open roles across the organization. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. This position supports full-cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Why This Role Matters:Â As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you support full-cycle recruiting for a global technology industry leader, work fully remote from anywhere with flexible, hourly-based compensation, source and engage candidates across job boards, referrals, and social platforms, screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit and qualifications, coordinate interview scheduling and maintain accurate ATS records, and play a direct role in scaling high-performing teams through data-driven recruiting decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and social platforms
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation for successful candidates
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Support data-driven recruiting decisions that shape overall workforce strategy
 Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
