Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Daily Site Coordination
- Support and drive the project and construction management team in coordinating daily construction activities across the site — providing active, hands-on management presence that keeps all construction disciplines progressing in alignment with the project program
- Monitor construction progress continuously and assist in ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements — identifying deviations from the plan early and coordinating corrective actions before delays or quality issues compound
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and all other project stakeholders to ensure smooth, conflict-free site execution — managing interface risks proactively across the multi-discipline construction program
- Act as a flexible project resource across different work packages and project areas as the delivery program requires — applying broad construction management expertise wherever it is most needed to maintain overall project momentum
Multi-Discipline Technical Support — Civil, Structural, MEP & Architectural
- Provide technical support across multiple construction disciplines — including architectural design coordination, civil and structural engineering works, and MEP systems installation — ensuring all discipline interfaces are managed correctly and construction methodologies are properly applied on site
- Apply good understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination practices, and project execution processes to resolve technical problems arising during construction — providing practical, implementable solutions that maintain schedule and quality simultaneously
- Coordinate MEP systems installation and multi-discipline coordination activities — managing clashes, sequencing conflicts, and interface issues between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil structural works across the site
- Actively develop implementable solutions for project challenges in close collaboration with contractors and other project stakeholders — bringing a constructive, solution-oriented approach to every technical difficulty encountered during site delivery
Quality Assurance, Site Inspections & Issue Resolution
- Conduct regular, structured site inspections across all active construction areas — systematically verifying that work in progress meets the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards applicable to each element of the construction program
- Support quality assurance and quality control processes across all construction disciplines — implementing the QA/QC procedures required to maintain consistent, audit-ready evidence of construction quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in resolving construction, execution, and quality-related issues promptly as they arise during project delivery — coordinating the right technical expertise, making clear recommendations, and following through to confirm that agreed corrective actions are properly implemented
- Ensure all construction activities comply with UAE regulations, applicable construction standards, and local authority requirements — applying solid familiarity with the UAE regulatory environment to prevent compliance issues before they become project risks
Reporting, Documentation & Stakeholder Communication
- Support project reporting, documentation, and communication between site teams and project leadership — ensuring that all reporting is accurate, timely, clearly structured, and provides project decision-makers with the information they need to manage the project effectively
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation — daily progress records, inspection reports, NCR logs, contractor correspondence, and meeting minutes — creating a reliable project record that protects all stakeholders throughout the construction and handover process
- Communicate clearly and effectively across multicultural project teams — applying strong written and spoken English communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships, resolve misunderstandings, and maintain the collaborative team culture that complex urban development projects require
