Position Overview
This EOSS Middle East Project Manager role in Dubai involves preparing comprehensive project plans and schedules, developing and updating documentation including RAMS, ITP, FAT, and SAT procedures, and managing end-to-end project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You will oversee engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, and field activities, coordinate with sales back-office on order processing, monitor project performance, resolve payment issues with cultural awareness, serve as the primary customer interface, coordinate cross-functional teams, support after-sales field activities, and maintain accurate project records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules for Middle East clients
- Develop and update RAMS, ITP, FAT, and SAT documentation
- Prepare intervention preparation reports and project close-out reports
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards and contractual obligations
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Manage end-to-end project execution meeting quality, timeline, and budget goals
- Oversee engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, and field activities
- Coordinate with sales back-office for order processing and invoicing
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain strong client communication and support resolution of payment issues
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary customer interface for reviews, audits, and validation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and Commissioning
- Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and subcontractors across the Middle East
- Assist sales with negotiations for variation orders and scope changes
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
After-Sales & Reporting
- Support the After-Sales team with local field rework or replacement activities
- Provide regular project status reporting, including financial forecasts
- Maintain accurate project records and complete close-out documentation
- Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual and technical obligations
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial environments
- Background in managing field teams within technical engineering contexts
- Experience negotiating with external service providers and contractors
Language & Communication Skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an asset
- Strong client-facing communication and critical thinking abilities
Technical & Regional Skills
- Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Understanding of High Voltage and Power Distribution markets is a plus
- Knowledge of communication, electrical, electronic, and network instruments
- Familiarity with regional logistics, shipping, customs, and GCC regulations
- Cultural sensitivity, negotiation skills, and resilience in fast-paced environments
- PMP certification or similar is a plus
- Open to frequent travel on short notice in the Middle East and at EOSS facilities in Switzerland and Italy
