Position Overview
This Warehouse Administrator role at Samsung SDS Smart Logistics in Korbach involves preparing and forwarding warehouse orders, tracking processing status, scheduling customer deliveries, and communicating with transport companies. You will enter AVIS information into the system, delegate and respond to customer inquiries, process incoming and outgoing transactions in SAP EWM, archive shipping documents, and participate in regular stock checks and inventories alongside various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Order Coordination
- Prepare warehouse orders and forward them to warehouse staff
- Track the processing status of warehouse orders from start to finish
- Support smooth day-to-day warehouse operations through accurate order management
Delivery & Transport Communication
- Schedule customer deliveries in coordination with the logistics team
- Communicate directly with transport companies to ensure timely dispatch
- Enter AVIS (advance shipping notice) information accurately into the system
Customer Inquiry Management
- Delegate, track and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Serve as a communication point between customers and warehouse operations
- Ensure customer requests are handled with accuracy and professionalism
SAP EWM System Administration
- Process incoming and outgoing transactions in the SAP EWM warehouse management system
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the warehouse management platform
- Archive shipping documents according to company procedures
Inventory & Administrative Support
- Participate in regular stock checks and inventory counts
- Carry out various administrative tasks supporting the logistics division
- Maintain organized documentation across goods receipt, storage, and shipping processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Commercial vocational training, such as freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or a comparable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Initial professional experience in warehouse administration or logistics
- Good knowledge of goods receipt, storage, handling and shipping processes
- Initial experience with warehouse management software (SAP EWM, WMS systems) is a plus but not mandatory
Essential Skills
