Position Overview
This Gen AI Engineer (Conversational AI, RAG & Agentic AI) applies strong foundational AI/ML concepts to design and implement RAG architectures, embeddings and vector search strategies, data and document ingestion pipelines, agent and agentic AI design patterns, orchestrator-based multi-agent systems, agent registry frameworks, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols — while developing conversational AI systems with journey mapping, goal mapping, and intent routing. The role requires 6+ years of experience with particular depth in Conversational AI (4+ years), Agentic AI Development (3+ years), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (3+ years).

- Embeddings and vector search — applying semantic embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant) for intelligent retrieval
