Key Responsibilities
ELV Maintenance Task Execution
- Carry out maintenance tasks across ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and IP network solutions
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed to the required technical standard and client satisfaction
- Manage client expectations throughout each maintenance visit and service engagement
- Identify technical issues proactively and resolve them efficiently to minimize client downtime
Technician Management & Technical Support
- Manage maintenance technicians and provide hands-on technical expertise and support during complex tasks
- Assign and coordinate technician work schedules to ensure effective coverage and timely client service delivery
- Coach and develop maintenance technicians through practical guidance and knowledge sharing
- Ensure the technician team maintains high standards of workmanship, safety, and client professionalism
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Update clients and management on a daily and weekly basis with progress, status, and any relevant technical updates
- Respond to client queries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all client requirements are understood, addressed, and met to a high standard of satisfaction
- Gather testimonials from clients and provide feedback to management to support service improvement
Maintenance Channel Development
- Contribute insights and technical expertise to help develop and expand the company’s maintenance service channels
- Support the Operations Manager in identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes and service quality
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and documentation for all client sites
- Support the team in meeting operational KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Electrical Engineering Degree — preferred for this role
- Relevant technical certifications in ELV, CCTV, access control, or networking are a strong advantage
Experience & Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of different ELV technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and IP Networks
- Hands-on experience maintaining ELV systems in a commercial, retail, hospitality, or industrial environment
- Experience supervising or managing maintenance technicians is a strong advantage
- Passion for electronics, technology, and continuous learning in the ELV and smart building technology field
Essential Soft Skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and excellent organisational skills
