Position Overview
The Logistics / Supply Chain Trainee program at DHL Supply Chain in Dreieich is an 18-month journey designed to develop future leaders in warehouse and operations management. Trainees gain insight into central logistics processes from goods receipt to dispatch, take part in daily operations and their own projects, rotate through different departments and locations, and gradually assume responsibility in preparation for a permanent operational role.

Program Structure & Tasks
Onboarding
- Gain insights into all central logistics processes, from goods receipt to dispatch
- Build foundational knowledge of DHL Supply Chain’s operational structure
Operative Phase
- Participate in daily logistics operations across warehouse and operations teams
- Lead and contribute to own projects in various operational areas
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes and evaluate key performance indicators
- Support personnel and shift planning within the team
Rotation
- Change department and/or location, for example HR, controlling, or other logistics centers
- Build a professional network across multiple DHL Supply Chain locations
Zielphase / Target Phase
- Prepare for your future role in the acquisition company
- Gradually assume greater responsibility within your target team

Educational Requirements
- Studies or vocational training with initial practical experience
Experience Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is an advantage, though not mandatory
