Position Overview
This Senior Logistics Specialist role at SHEIN involves maintaining daily communication with cargo stations across Europe, promoting system data connections with service providers, monitoring supplier timeliness and proposing optimization plans, maintaining collaboration with airlines and customs clearance suppliers, and providing real-time analysis of customs affairs and port changes across Europe to support company decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Cargo Station Communication & Problem Solving
- Maintain daily communication with various cargo stations across Europe
- Solve abnormal situations and shipment problems in a timely manner
- For abnormal goods, accurately locate the cause and resolve issues promptly
Data Analysis & System Optimization
- Promote system data connection with service providers
- Analyze data and identify operational problems
- Monitor supplier timeliness, quickly identify issues, and propose optimization plans
Stakeholder & Airline Coordination
- Maintain friendly communication and collaboration with upstream airlines
- Coordinate closely with downstream customs clearance suppliers
- Cooperate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional departments
Customs & Operational Performance
- Propose optimization plans for European operation timeliness and own timeliness performance
- Provide real-time understanding and analysis of customs affairs across European ports
- Supply real-time information to support company-level decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- More than three years’ experience in the air cargo industry
- Strong understanding of air transportation operation processes and details
- Training in air transport industry areas such as customs inspections, AWB preparation, SITA telex traffic, load service, or dangerous goods
Essential Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to identify issues across many links
- Results-oriented and skilled in cross-cultural teamwork
- Serious, meticulous, and responsible working style
- Proficiency in English as a working language; a second language (French, Dutch, German, Spanish) strongly recommended
- Driver’s license from an EU country with willingness to travel frequently
