Siemens Energy — one of the world’s most respected energy technology companies with approximately 100,000 dedicated employees across 90+ countries — is seeking an enthusiastic AI Adoption & Enablement Graduate / Intern for its Abu Dhabi DC HUB team. Working closely with the DC HUB AI Lead, this hands-on, people-facing graduate role supports AI training sessions, coaches colleagues in practical AI workshops, helps build real AI-powered solutions using GenAI tools including Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, and no-code/low-code automation platforms — accelerating Siemens Energy’s business teams to work smarter with AI, safely, responsibly, and at scale.
About Siemens Energy — Energising One Sixth of the World’s Electricity
Scale: ~100,000 employees in 90+ countries — developing the energy systems of the future with a 150-year legacy of innovation and a mission to make sustainable energy a global reality
Impact: Technologies from Siemens Energy’s research departments and factories drive the energy transition — providing the base for one sixth of the world’s electricity generation
Team: 130+ nationalities — diversity is core to Siemens Energy’s culture, creativity, and global competitive capability
Abu Dhabi Role: DC HUB AI Lead office — translating global AI strategy into real daily business operations across the Middle East region
Why This AI Adoption & Enablement Intern Role Stands Out
Global Energy Technology Brand: Launch your AI career at Siemens Energy — one of the world’s most respected and innovative energy technology companies, operating at global scale
Hands-On & People-Facing: Real training delivery, real workshop coaching, real AI use case building — not spreadsheet administration or junior support work
GenAI & Automation Tools: Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, and no-code platforms — practical daily exposure to the AI tools shaping enterprise productivity in 2026
AI Champion Network: Collaborate with AI Champions and the Regional Expert Circle — building a UAE and regional AI enablement network from your first week
A Day in This AI Enablement Role
As an AI Adoption & Enablement Graduate at Siemens Energy in Abu Dhabi, your day is hands-on and people-facing — you might spend the morning preparing materials for an AI awareness training session, deliver a practical GenAI workshop with business colleagues in the afternoon, then spend time helping a team identify where AI automation could save hours of repetitive work each week. You collaborate with the DC HUB AI Lead to turn AI strategy into operational reality, support the AI use case pipeline and registry, act as a first-line AI support contact for employees adopting tools like Copilot and ChatGPT, and work alongside AI Champions and the Regional Expert Circle to scale AI solutions across Siemens Energy’s Middle East and global business.
Why This Role Matters: As AI Adoption & Enablement Graduate at Siemens Energy in Abu Dhabi, you are the human connection between a global AI strategy and the individual employees who need to understand, trust, and use AI tools in their daily work. When you coach a colleague through their first AI-powered workflow, help a finance team identify a process that Copilot can automate, or deliver an AI workshop that leaves thirty employees genuinely excited about what they can build — you are changing how work happens at one of the world’s most important energy technology companies. That is not intern work. That is genuine organisational transformation from the ground up.
