Position Overview
This Factory Worker role involves handling daily production tasks, including operating machinery, packing finished products, and assisting with loading and unloading materials. You will monitor product quality, follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness in the work area, report equipment issues to supervisors, and work as part of a team to meet production targets while adhering to shift schedules.
