Position Overview
This Senior Service Crew role involves delivering consistent, outstanding guest service through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge. You will ensure order accuracy, maintain speed-of-service targets, execute service recovery for guest concerns, prepare products according to training standards, handle cashiering duties, and follow all health and safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Service
- Provide important visual cues for guests, including clean career wear and a clean, inviting dining room
- Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are always fresh and accurate
- Deliver consistent, outstanding guest service through friendly attitude and strong product knowledge
- Ensure every guest receives a prompt, warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru
- Promptly execute service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints
Store Operations & Cashiering
- Follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation
- Communicate showcase and product needs to ensure proper availability
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits; issue receipts, refunds, or change correctly
- Count money in the cash till at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy
Policies, Sanitation & Health & Safety
- Participate in and attend all store meetings and related functions
- Maintain the front counter, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for rush periods
- Follow proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines
- Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, using PPE as required
- Report all injuries, illnesses, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the Restaurant Manager or Owner
