Enova is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Manager to supervise the Receivables Department across UAE, Oman, and Turkey. Working closely with the Head of Finance Operations, you will lead receivables-related internal controls, compliance, tax and external audit matters, and ensure Receivable Accounts are accurate and fully compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international financial reporting standards.

Position Overview
This Accounts Receivables Manager role at Enova involves leading invoice recording and submission, reviewing unbilled amounts, managing customer creation and ERP data accuracy, closing books accurately with monthly FP&A reviews, cleaning Balance Sheet schedules, leading monthly reconciliations, calculating Bad Debts Provisions and ECL as per IFRS 9, monitoring DSO targets, and leading the AR and collections team across UAE, Oman, and Turkey.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoice Management
- Lead recording and submission of invoices in line with active contracts, LOAs, and POs
- Ensure unbilled amounts are reviewed regularly and converted to billing efficiently
- Ensure all client invoices are submitted on time with real-time Invoice Tracker updates
- Lead the process of creating and updating customers per internal control procedures
Financial Close & Reconciliation
- Ensure books are closed accurately with monthly reviews alongside FP&A
- Clean Balance Sheet schedules, including unbilled, over/under billing, and provisions
- Lead monthly reconciliations for related parties and clients
- Finalize month-end closing, revenue accruals, KPI provisions, and POC revenue calculations
Risk, Compliance & Provisioning
- Lead Bad Debts Provisions calculations per policy and ECL as per IFRS 9
- Monitor monthly DSO targets by project and country, reporting variance analysis to management
- Ensure Tax and regulatory requirements are met accurately, including VAT and E-Invoicing
- Ensure Internal and External Audit requirements and observations are addressed on time
Collections & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver monthly collection forecast reporting to Treasury
- Lead weekly monitoring and meetings on collection targets and challenges
- Perform escalation for collections or unbilled amounts in case of delays
- Build professional relationships with key clients, auditors, and related parties
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Streamline team structure, define roles, and set weekly/monthly/annual goals
- Develop backup plans and resilient processes for leave and staff turnover
- Provide training, process manuals, and development plans for AR staff across regions
- Drive AR policy and procedure enhancements aligned with business changes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- ACA / ACCA / CPA / CMA considered an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- 8–10 years of total work experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Industry, contracting, or construction business experience preferred
- GCC experience is a must
Essential Skills
- Ability to work independently and lead AR across cross-functional divisions
- Strong team management, hiring, and workload planning skills
- Dispute management and negotiation skills with clients and operations teams
- Knowledge of IFRS 9 / ECL calculations and AR dashboards and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Microsoft D365, Oracle, or SAP preferred)
- Experience with Output VAT, E-Invoicing, and multi-region GCC taxation requirements
