- Take messy, unclear business problems and create structure around them — converting vague pain into a buildable problem statement with measurable success criteria
- Evaluate new AI products and automation tools to determine whether they can genuinely improve how Stella Stays operates — with bias toward real deployment over experimentation
Building AI Agents, Automations & Internal Tools
- Build AI agents to handle parts of operational workflows — replacing manual steps that should not require human attention with intelligent automation that executes reliably
- Connect systems through APIs so information moves automatically instead of being manually copied between spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected platforms
- Build internal tools in days — giving teams functional solutions quickly rather than waiting months for formal software development cycles
