This Cashier role involves processing payments, refunds, deposits and no-show penalty payments with 100% accuracy, completing end-of-day reconciliation across cash, card and digital payments, managing queues and directing guests, keeping the counter station clean and organised, collaborating closely with the floor team to monitor order flow, and ensuring every guest journey from arrival to exit feels seamless.
