Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI Architecture & Production Deployment
- Own the complete AI product lifecycle — from use case identification and business case development through model design, engineering, production deployment, and ongoing performance management
- Architect and implement AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems that integrate directly into enterprise workflows across DAMAC’s Sales, Marketing, Capital Projects, and Corporate platforms
- Apply hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and AI agent design to build production-grade intelligent systems at enterprise scale
- Deploy and manage AI systems on cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP — ensuring API integration, data pipeline reliability, and scalable infrastructure
MLOps, Governance & Engineering Standards
- Establish enterprise MLOps frameworks, deployment standards, and AI governance policies that ensure AI systems are reliable, auditable, and compliant
- Define model monitoring, performance tracking, retraining cadences, and production quality gates across all deployed AI systems
- Build data pipeline and API integration infrastructure that supports scalable, maintainable AI deployment across multiple business verticals
Team Leadership & Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Build, lead, and develop cross-functional AI engineering teams — spanning Product Management, Data Science, and Software Engineering — toward shared delivery goals
- Operate effectively as a 50/50 technical and business-facing leader — partnering with senior executives to align AI delivery with enterprise business strategy and ROI expectations
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement across DAMAC’s business verticals — ensuring AI initiatives are understood, adopted, and delivering measurable operational impact

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in engineering, AI, or large-scale technology delivery — at senior leadership level
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML systems into production at genuine enterprise scale — not just pilot or prototype
- Strong experience with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP — including APIs and data pipeline architecture
- Hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and MLOps at production scale
- Proven experience leading technical engineering teams and engaging effectively with senior business stakeholders
- Ability to operate equally as a hands-on technical architect and a business-facing executive leader — 50/50 split
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to capital projects environments — project controls, procurement, and operations — preferred but not essential
- Experience embedding AI into complex, multi-system enterprise environments at scale
- Experience with Agentic AI design patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable frameworks
