Position Overview
This Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer role manages preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire-fighting, elevator, and civil systems in buildings. You will supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure quality and safety, monitor building operations and investigate equipment faults, review and approve maintenance materials and spare parts, coordinate construction site activities and monitor work progress, and prepare maintenance reports and budgets while coordinating with consultants and internal departments.

- Coordinate construction site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and project schedules
Fault Investigation & Technical Solutions
- Monitor building operations, investigate equipment faults, and recommend effective technical solutions
Procurement & Compliance
- Review and approve maintenance materials and spare parts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications
Reporting & Coordination

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in maintenance contract management is preferred
Personal Requirements
- Age between 25 and 38 years
- Valid driving license required
Essential Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills
