About the Role
You will set up and run a plastic profile extrusion line on your own. Products include straight profiles such as data strips, window and door profiles, channels and trims. That means changing, fitting and cleaning dies, setting calibration tables, cooling tanks and haul-off units, watching temperature, speed and pressure, checking dimensions and finish, and fixing defects as they appear.

Key Responsibilities
- Run plastic profile extrusion machines independently from start-up to shutdown
- Produce data strips, window and door profiles, channels and trims to specification
- Change, fit and clean profile dies
- Set up and adjust calibration tables, cooling tanks and haul-off units
- Monitor and adjust temperature, speed and pressure to keep quality consistent
- Check dimensions and finish, and correct defects
- Troubleshoot quickly, carry out routine and preventive maintenance and keep production records
- Report output and issues to the supervisor and follow safety and housekeeping rules
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an extrusion machine operator in plastic profile manufacturing
- Experience producing data strips, window or door profiles, channels, trims or similar straight profiles (mandatory)
- Practical knowledge of die change and cleaning, calibration, cooling and haul-off setup
- Ability to troubleshoot and do basic preventive maintenance
- PET or PP experience preferred; PVC or uPVC profile experience also considered
- Able to work independently and in shifts; UAE or GCC experience an advantage
