Position Overview
This Fashion Designer role creates mood boards, color palettes, fashion illustrations, technical drawings, and design specifications, researching market trends and consumer preferences to develop designs aligned with brand identity. You will collaborate with product development, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready, review samples and provide design feedback, maintain design documentation and organize collections, prepare presentations, and coordinate multiple design projects while staying current with evolving fashion trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of fashion design principles, garment construction, textiles, colors, patterns, and silhouettes
- Ability to create fashion sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other fashion design software
- Knowledge of fabrics, materials, garment specifications, and production processes
