Key Responsibilities
Field Work & Sample Collection
- Implement field work plans to collect samples of traded and imported food per approved methodologies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of assessment through systematic sample collection
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to determine locations and priorities for sample collection
- Follow work plans and timetables for efficient sample collection operations
Quality Verification & Documentation
- Verify that collected samples conform to required standards and specifications
- Prepare detailed reports on workflow and sample collection activities
- Document all stages of sample collection ensuring provision of accurate data
- Support analysis and risk assessment processes through comprehensive documentation
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor food-related reports from local, federal, and international authorities

Compliance & Follow-up

Qualifications and Skills
Academic Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science
- OR Diploma/Degree in Food Safety
- OR Diploma/Degree in Nutrition

- OR Diploma/Degree in Chemistry
- OR other related education in food/health sciences
