Guest Service Support Expert Position Overview
This is a hands-on, on-your-feet job. You will help set up dining areas, support the kitchen, keep stations clean and stocked, and make sure transactions feel like part of the guest experience rather than an interruption. Safety, company policy and quality standards come first, and so does looking and sounding professional at all times. You will also read and check menu information, and lift and carry items safely.
