Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels, these associates may work across departments including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry to support cleaning needs — whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, or transporting dishware or linens across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities
Linen & Dining Ware Preparation
- Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy
- Transport dishware or linens across the hotel
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and linen washers and dryers
Quality & Safety Standards
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Support the team to reach common goals, listening and responding appropriately to colleagues
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
