Aufgaben — Key Responsibilities
Strategische Personalplanung & Personalkostensteuerung
- Strategic Personnel and Personnel Cost Planning: Take full responsibility for strategic personal and Personalkostenplanung — including annual budgeting, quarterly planning cycles, rolling Forecasts, and Plan/Ist-Abweichung analysis as the analytical foundation for Financial Planning, HR management, and senior leadership decisions
- Personalkosten Analysis and Consolidation: Analyse, control, and consolidate Personalkosten, FTE figures, headcount developments, and forecast variances — delivering accurate, timely, and decision-ready data to HR and Finance stakeholders at local and international management level
- HR Budget Position Management: Manage and track overtime costs, training expenditure, Rückstellungen and Accruals, Severance Payments, and other HR budget positions — ensuring complete, accurate, and compliance-aligned HR cost reporting at all times
Management Reporting & Präsentationen
- Management Reports and Presentations: Create clear, audience-appropriate management reports, presentations, and analyses for HR Leadership, Finance, and Senior Management — locally and internationally — translating complex HR cost data into concise, actionable management intelligence
- Adressatengerechte Kommunikation: Prepare and deliver management-ready reporting outputs that communicate Plan/Ist developments, Forecast updates, and personnel cost trends clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholder audiences at all levels of the organisation
Compliance & Lohnsteuerrecht
- German Labour Cost Compliance: Ensure a reliable and compliant technical foundation for all labour-cost-relevant topics — particularly with respect to deutsches Lohnsteuerrecht, Payroll-Logiken, and compliance-relevant HR cost topics including Rückstellungen, Accruals, and Severance Payments
- Regulatory and Payroll Knowledge Application: Apply in-depth knowledge of German payroll tax law and HR cost compliance requirements to ensure all Personalkosten planning, reporting, and analysis activities meet applicable legal, regulatory, and internal standards
Profil — Qualifications & Requirements
Ausbildung / Education
- Completed degree (Abgeschlossenes Studium) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Human Resources, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable discipline (REQUIRED)
Fachliche Kenntnisse / Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Personalkostenplanung, FTE-Planung, Forecasting, HR-Budgetsteuerung, and the analysis of personnel and cost developments (REQUIRED)
- Sound knowledge of German Lohnsteuerrecht, Payroll and compliance-relevant HR cost topics including Rückstellungen and Severance Payments (REQUIRED)
- Very good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills — experience with HR systems and reporting tools; knowledge of P&I LOGA / LOGA3 or comparable systems is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills (REQUIRED)
