Key Responsibilities

Luxury Freight Forwarding & White-Glove Logistics

  • Coordinate multi-modal international freight operations across all five LVMH Fashion Group Maisons — with a heavy focus on high-priority Air Freight for luxury goods, seasonal collections, and time-critical boutique deliveries
  • Partner with specialized white-glove 3PL providers to handle luxury fashion events, pop-ups, and promotional activities — negotiating competitive rates and lead times to optimize operational and commercial performance

  • Maintain full visibility on loads, routes, incidents, and operational priorities — providing accurate, real-time transport status updates to all internal and external stakeholders

CITES Exotic Materials Compliance

  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for the import and export of luxury goods containing CITES-restricted materials — including crocodile, alligator, python leather, and specific wood elements in accessories
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for the application, tracking, and physical inspection clearance of all CITES permits across all five LVMH Fashion Group Maisons within the GCC region
  • Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready CITES documentation and permit records — ensuring full regulatory compliance and preventing any shipment delays related to exotic material import or export requirements
  • Stay current with evolving CITES regulations and regional customs authority requirements — proactively updating internal processes to ensure continuous compliance across all affected product lines

  • Coordinate with accredited testing bodies for Certificates of Conformity (CoC) and issue Shipment Certificates — eliminating delays at Saudi customs entry points by ensuring full pre-arrival compliance
  • Direct customs clearance activities across all major regional airports — managing duty exemption applications, JAFZA free zone regulations, and complex temporary imports and re-exports for fashion shows and press events
  • Maintain deep expertise in Dubai trade systems, GCC customs laws, Harmonized System (HS) codes for luxury fashion textiles, and intra-GCC transfer requirements — applying this knowledge daily across all Maisons

Beauty, Fragrance Certifications & Incident Management

  • Oversee regulatory clearance for cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance product lines — coordinating with UAE Ministry of Health, Dubai Municipality/Montaji, and Saudi Arabia SFDA for product registration and health certificate clearance
  • Detect, record, and resolve transport incidents including delays, failed deliveries, product damages, or service deviations — coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to minimize operational and commercial impact
  • Proactively follow up on all incident resolutions to ensure agile, effective responses that protect the luxury brand reputation and boutique service standards of all five LVMH Maisons
  • Review and validate transport invoices against agreed rates and services — managing invoicing discrepancies and supporting accurate cost allocation across all Maisons and logistics functions
