Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Planning & Workflow Management

Plan and coordinate all daily and weekly labor activities for the full operations team — including stock maintenance, product storage, stock discards, order processing, retrieval, packing, order assembly, and all shipping activities
Maintain smooth operational workflow by continuously monitoring process steps, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment performance, and monitoring personnel and resource utilization
Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel effectively — establishing task priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules when needed, and resolving operational problems as they arise
Study and implement cost reduction methods — developing improved reporting procedures and systems, and initiating corrections to breakdowns at critical process control points

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead diverse teams of employees responsible for different operational activities across the Alva Florida facility — including third-party labor when required for peak operational periods
Manage staff performance to ensure all team members consistently meet established performance standards — ensuring all operational information is accurate, current, and documented appropriately
