Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation
- Operate port and terminal machinery efficiently for smooth cargo and port operations
- Handle loading and unloading of cargo from ships, barges, rail, and trucks
- Keep constant radio communication with personnel assisting each loading or discharge
Inspection & Maintenance Support
- Take part in routine pre- and post-operational safety checks on port equipment
- Help inspect ITVs, forklifts, reach stackers, RTGs, and Bobcats and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with the maintenance team on repairs and upgrades
Records, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and maintenance activities
- Ensure operations comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school certificate; a diploma is a plus
- Valid UAE heavy machinery license (mandatory)
- Technical certification in port operations is an advantage
