Position Overview
As Product Engineer, you build features end to end, from polished UI components to robust API endpoints, for products that clinical staff use daily. On the frontend you design component architectures in Vue.js/Nuxt with clean patterns, state management and thorough testing. On the backend you build and maintain APIs and services in C#/.NET 8 (EF Core, FastEndpoints) and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy). You keep deployments reliable with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins and monitoring, suggest improvements to the tech stack and work directly with ML engineers, product owners and clinical partners.
Why This Role Matters: This is not a ticket factory: engineers have real influence on architecture and product direction in a small team. The software supports clinical work at a major university hospital, and the stack covers frontend, backend and infrastructure, so you keep growing across all three.
