Key Responsibilities — QA & QC Team
Quality Monitoring & Inspections
- Monitor product quality at all stages of the food manufacturing process — raw material, in-process, and finished goods
- Conduct regular quality inspections across production lines, storage areas, and dispatch operations in Dubai facility
- Identify quality deviations, non-conformances, and specification failures and report them immediately to management
- Perform or support product testing, sampling, and evaluation activities according to established quality protocols
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable food safety standards, regulations, and internal quality policies
- Apply GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene principles consistently across all quality monitoring and inspection activities
- Support implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems across the manufacturing operation
- Assist with preparation and documentation for internal audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party certifications
Documentation, Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date quality records, inspection logs, test results, and deviation reports
- Prepare clear quality reports and communicate findings to production supervisors and quality management team
- Ensure all quality documentation is properly organized, filed, and available for audit and management review
- Support corrective and preventive action documentation and follow-up activities to close quality issues
Continuous Improvement & Team Support
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement of quality standards, inspection methods, and food safety practices
- Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality challenges efficiently and proactively
- Share quality knowledge and best practices with team members to build a stronger quality culture across the facility
- Participate in training, calibration activities, and quality team meetings as required by the quality manager
Mandatory Requirements — All Applicants Must Meet These
- Valid UAE Driving Licence — a current, valid UAE driving licence is mandatory for this role
- Own Vehicle — candidates must have access to their own car for commuting and site visits
- Rotational Shifts — all candidates must be fully willing and available to work across rotational shift schedules
- Food Manufacturing Experience — relevant QA or QC experience specifically in a food manufacturing environment is required
