Restaurant Worker Position Overview
A Team Member is the engine of the restaurant. You will rotate through the broiler or steamer, the burger, signature burger and specialties boards, fryers and fry station, as well as the dining room, front counter and drive-thru. The goal is simple: prepare food correctly, serve customers well and keep every area spotless, so the restaurant runs without a hitch.

- Work independently on all stations: broiler or steamer, burger boards, specialties board, fryers and fry station.
- Serve guests at the front counter, dining room and drive-thru.
- Prepare food to the restaurant’s standards every time.
- Carry out the tasks needed for efficient restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
- Support the team to keep service quick and consistent.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Secondary or high school certificate.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a quick service restaurant.
- Honest, active and a real team worker.
- Clean personal habits and a tidy appearance.
- Hard-working and self-driven.
