 Position Overview
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Retail Stock Clerk to join the Retail team, receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming merchandise, stocking shelves and displays, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the stockroom and sales floor.
Why This Role Matters: As Retail Stock Clerk, you receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality, stock shelves, bins, and displays with products in an organized and timely manner, monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors, assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock audits, label and tag items with pricing, barcodes, or other identifying information, rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first using the FIFO method, and support the team during promotions, restocking, and store rearrangements, all while following safety and security procedures at a landmark new resort destination.
 Key Responsibilities
Merchandise Handling & Stocking
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality
- Stock shelves, bins, and displays with products in an organized and timely manner
Inventory Monitoring & Audits
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock audits
Labeling & Stock Rotation
- Label and tag items with pricing, barcodes, or other identifying information
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO method)
Customer & Team Support
- Assist customers in locating items when needed
- Support the team during promotions, restocking, and store rearrangements
 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or stockroom operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling procedures
Essential Skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
