Key Responsibilities
Material Receiving & Storage
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials in designated locations
- Label, organize, and arrange materials for easy identification and retrieval
Inventory Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems and manual registers
- Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Material Issuance & Coordination
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requests
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Maintain documentation related to goods receipts, material issues, transfers, and returns
Warehouse Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store and warehouse areas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
