Position Overview
As a Supply Chain & Export professional, you will plan international purchases based on sales and operations forecasts, inventory levels and supplier lead times, while managing Dubai Municipality product registrations and ensuring compliance with Customs, Chamber of Commerce and Excise requirements. You’ll coordinate shipments from dispatch through customs clearance to warehouse delivery, and manage export operations across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase Planning & Procurement
- Plan international purchases based on sales forecasts, inventory levels and supplier lead times
- Maintain planning files, purchasing records, shipment tracking and ERP/Oracle transactions
- Coordinate purchase orders with international suppliers, ensuring availability and timely shipment
Product Registration & Government Compliance
- Manage Dubai Municipality product registrations, approvals and renewals
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Customs, Chamber of Commerce and Excise requirements
- Coordinate invoices, certificates, licenses and regulatory documents
Import, Shipment & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and calculate accurate landed costs
- Coordinate inbound shipment priorities, returns, and warehouse/pallet utilization
GCC Export Coordination
- Coordinate and manage exports to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman
- Prepare commercial invoices, Certificates of Origin, export documents and attestations
- Track export shipments through final delivery and maintain complete documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Logistics, or Business Administration
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a similar trading environment
- Background in Pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, transportation or construction machinery sectors preferred
- Experience with ERP/Oracle systems
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory policy development
- Excellent English written and verbal communication; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
