Senior leaders rarely get the chance to build a whole new function from scratch. This Vice President, Intelligence & Impact role reports directly to the CEO of a global, mission-driven animal welfare organisation and brings together strategy, research, impact measurement and technology.
About the Role
You will work with the CEO and senior leadership to set strategy, priorities and resource allocation based on evidence and expected impact. You will assess the organisation’s global portfolio of initiatives, recommend which to expand, redesign or stop, and build a strategic intelligence function that tracks trends, risks and opportunities across animal agriculture, corporate practices, policy, technology and markets. You will set up an impact measurement framework, lead technology-enabled change through AI, automation and integrated data, define a practical technology roadmap with IT, and build a lean team covering strategy, research, impact assessment, analytics and technology.
