Position Overview

This Warehouse Admin role at Samsung SDS Smart Logistics serves as the initial point of contact by phone or in writing for problems and questions, and as the first point of contact on-site for drivers. You will delegate, track, and respond to customer inquiries, manage inbound and outbound bookings in the SAP EWM warehouse management system, archive shipping documents, participate in regular inventory checks and stocktaking, and support various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Driver Contact

  • Serve as initial contact by phone or in writing for problems and questions

Warehouse Management System Operations

  • Handle inbound and outbound bookings in the SAP EWM warehouse management system
  • Ensure accurate and timely system entries to support warehouse flow

Documentation & Inventory

  • Archive shipping documents in an organized and accessible manner
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and stocktaking activities

Administrative Support

  • Carry out various administrative tasks supporting warehouse and logistics operations
