- Conduct regular inventory checks and provide active support during periodic stocktaking activities across the Berlin aviation/defense facility
- Ensure reliable, accurate maintenance of all warehouse and inventory data systems — maintaining real-time visibility of stock levels and locations
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies — escalating findings and implementing corrective actions to maintain accuracy and traceability
- Support management with accurate inventory reports and data to support operational decision-making and procurement planning activities
Returns, Exchanges & Spare Parts Management
- Handle all returns, exchange processes, and spare parts transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures and documentation standards
- Process spare parts requests — ensuring the correct components are identified, issued, and documented for maintenance and operational use
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external suppliers on all return and exchange activities to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Maintain complete records of all returns, exchanges, and spare parts transactions for audit, compliance, and operational reference purposes
Quality, Safety & Standards Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and organisational standards across all warehousing and logistics activities at the Berlin site
- Apply and adhere to all relevant aviation and defense sector quality requirements — maintaining the highest standards of procedural compliance
