Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Process orders, returns, refunds, or account changes as needed
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize digital files, records, and documents using cloud-based storage systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar events
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and track expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping
Cross-Functional Support
- Support onboarding of new employees or clients, including preparing materials
- Assist Sales, HR, and Operations departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to streamline customer service and administrative workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
