- Ensure high quality in equipment and sowing preparation processes across crop types

Resource & Process Management
- Provide the team with necessary resources including staff, machinery, and materials

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders from R&D and the Business Unit

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational training with an additional master craftsman qualification
- Or a degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial company
- Ideally experience in logistics or a “blue collar” environment
- Leadership experience is a plus, though not mandatory
Essential Skills
- Sound knowledge of business-related topics
- Familiarity with common Microsoft Office programs
