This Joinery Storekeeper role involves receiving materials and verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes, storing and organizing joinery materials, hardware and tools, issuing materials to production and site teams against approved requests, maintaining accurate stock records and updating transactions, monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages, conducting physical stock counts, and keeping the store clean, organized, labeled and secure.

Receiving & Verification
- Receive materials and verify quantities against PO and Delivery Notes
Storage & Organization
- Store and organize joinery materials, hardware, accessories, tools and consumables
- Keep the store clean, organized, labeled and secure
Material Issuance & Control
- Issue materials to production and site teams against approved requests
- Control project-specific materials and prevent unauthorized issuance
- Maintain records of tools issued to employees
Stock Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate stock records and update all incoming/outgoing transactions
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages for purchasing
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect materials immediately
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in joinery, kitchens, furniture or fit-out
- UAE experience preferred
Essential Skills
- Good knowledge of joinery hardware and materials
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP systems
- Good organization, accuracy and responsibility
