Gandour’s Microbiology / Quality team in Jeddah is recruiting for two distinct microbiology positions simultaneously — a Microbiologist for candidates with proven practical microbiology experience, and a Senior Microbiologist for professionals with deeper experience and the capability to support investigations and contribute to laboratory quality standards leadership. Both roles operate within the same quality-focused laboratory environment and share common requirements for BSc-level education, proven microbiology experience, strong documentation discipline and fluent English communication skills.

Microbiologist — Jeddah, KSA
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a closely related scientific field — providing the foundational scientific education required for this laboratory microbiology role.
- Demonstrate proven practical experience in microbiology relevant to the position — showing hands-on capability in microbiological laboratory techniques and analytical methods.
- Perform microbiological testing and analysis in accordance with established laboratory procedures and standard operating protocols — ensuring accurate, reproducible results across all assigned testing activities.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results and supporting documentation — ensuring all laboratory data is correctly recorded, organized and readily available for quality review and compliance purposes.

- Demonstrate proven microbiology experience appropriate to a senior-level position — bringing depth, leadership and independent judgment to laboratory activities and quality decisions.
- Apply a strong understanding of microbiological testing, analytical methods, laboratory procedures and documentation requirements — guiding accurate testing and reliable results across the Jeddah laboratory operation.
